GENERAL PROVISIONS
The shop.oasiboards.com store operates by the provisions outlined in these Regulations.
The Regulations define the terms and conditions for entering into and terminating Product Sales Agreements, as well as the procedure for handling complaints and the types and scope of services provided electronically by theshop.oasiboards.com store, the rules for providing these services, and the terms and conditions for entering into and terminating agreements for the Provision of services electronically.
Upon taking actions aimed at using the Electronic Services of the shop.oasiboards.com Store, each Service Recipient must comply with the provisions of this Regulations.
In matters not regulated in this Regulations, the provisions of the following shall apply:
- the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services of July 18, 2002,
- the Act on Consumer Rights of May 30, 2014,
- the Act on out-of-court Resolution of consumer disputes of September 23, 2016,
- the Civil Code of April 23, 1964, and other relevant provisions of Polish law.
§ 2
DEFINITIONS INCLUDED IN THE REGULATIONS
ORDER FORM - a form available on the website shop.oasiboards.com enabling the submission of an Order.
CUSTOMER - a Service Recipient who intends to conclude or has concluded a Sales Agreement with the Seller.
CONSUMER - a natural person who performs a legal act with an entrepreneur that is not directly related to their business or professional activity.
ENTREPRENEUR - a natural person, legal person, or an organizational unit without legal personality to whom the law grants legal capacity, conducting business or professional activity on its behalf.
PRODUCT - a movable item available in the Store that is the subject of a Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller.
REGULATIONS - these store regulations.
STORE - the Online Store of the Service Provider operating at the address shop.oasiboards.com.
SELLER, SERVICE PROVIDER - PAWEŁ RATNICKI-KICZKA Jana Uphagena 14, 80-237 Gdansk, Poland, Vat numeber: 9571121546.
SALES AGREEMENT - a Sales Agreement for a Product concluded between the Customer and the Seller through the Store.
ORDER - the Customer's declaration of intent constituting an offer to conclude a Sales Agreement for a Product with the Seller.
PRICE - the value expressed in a chosen currency that the Customer must pay the Seller for the Product.
§ 3
INFORMATION REGARDING PRODUCTS AND THEIR ORDERING
The shop.oasiboards.com Store conducts the sale of Products via the Internet.
The Products offered in the Store are new, in compliance with the agreement, and have been legally introduced to the Polish market.
The information on the Store's website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the law. By placing an Order, the Customer makes an offer to purchase a specific Product on the terms specified in its description.
The price of the Product displayed on the Store's website includes all components. The price does not include delivery costs.
Orders can be placed through the website using the Order Form shop.oasiboards.com - 24 hours a day, all year round.
The condition for placing an Order in the Store by the Customer is to familiarize themselves with the Regulations and accept its provisions at the time of placing the Order.
§ 4
CONCLUSION OF A SALES AGREEMENT
To conclude a Sales Agreement, the Customer must submit an Order in the manner provided by the Seller, in accordance with § 3 points 5 and 6 of the Regulations.
Upon placing an Order, the Seller immediately confirms its receipt.
The confirmation of the receipt of the Order, as referred to in point 2 of this paragraph, binds the Customer to their Order. Confirmation of the receipt of the Order is sent by email.
